These terms govern your use of NorthStar. By creating an account, you agree to them.

1. The service

NorthStar analyzes marketplace data you provide or authorize and returns pricing opportunities, decisions, and explanations. NorthStar does not automatically change your prices or listings — every recommendation requires your explicit approval.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.

3. Trial and subscription

New accounts receive fourteen (14) days of full access at no charge. After the trial, accounts revert to viewing their three (3) most recent decisions at no charge, indefinitely — nothing is deleted or locked. Full access resumes with an active subscription, billed at $49/month, cancelable at any time.

4. Data accuracy

Recommendations are generated from the data available at the time of analysis and clearly disclose their confidence level. NorthStar is a decision-support tool, not a guarantee of any particular business outcome.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access data that isn't yours, or use it in a way that violates Amazon's own seller policies.

6. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.
